That was then…
A graduate of the famous Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, New York,
Chef Peter Kuenzi began his career in the late 80's working at several fine-dining restaurants in Marco Island, Florida and Chicago.

With his passion for creative cuisine and a real love for sharing his delicious creations with friends, Peter had the strong desire to bring his talents home in 1992. Having grown up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Peter signed on as Executive Chef with the Oshkosh Power Boat Club, where he honed his skills to the delight of its 400 members. With a growing number of loyal patrons who enjoyed his cooking, in 1996 he accepted the challenge of opening The Seasons fine-dining restaurant in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. His partnership at The Seasons allowed Peter to offer his talents to the public while opening new doors for him creatively.

This is now…
In 1999 Peter had a fresh idea… to create a business that would allow him to continue his creative culinary path, while bringing a unique dining experience to the area. While common in more metropolitan areas, he sought to create a local business that would provide gourmet quality food, quickly and conveniently, for our increasingly busy lives. Zuppas (Italian for "soup"), Market Cafe and Catering offers chef-prepared cuisine to Fox Valley professionals and families that appreciate great quality at a fair price. Zuppas' initial success and growing business has prompted Peter to move to a new location in The Shops at Mahler Farms on South Commercial Street in Neenah which was specifically designed for the needs of Zuppas' growing market, cafe and catering business.
