A graduate of the famous Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Peter Kuenzi began his career in the late 80's working at several fine-dining restaurants in Marco Island, Florida and Chicago. With his passion for creative cuisine and a real love for sharing his delicious creations with friends, Peter had the strong desire to bring his talents home in 1992. Having grown up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Peter signed on as Executive Chef with the Oshkosh Power Boat Club, where he honed his skills to the delight of its 400 members. With a growing number of loyal patrons who enjoyed his cooking, in 1996 he accepted the challenge of opening The Seasons fine-dining restaurant in Grand Chute, Wisconsin.
