Alex Little
Alex has lived in Neenah his whole life. He started his Zuppas journey more than 18 years ago as a counter waiter. Passionate & willing to learn from the greats, he worked his way up the ranks, from server to chef, all the way up to owner! A true master of his craft, Alex prides himself on creating unique menus that are not only delicious, but make people feel like part of the family.

Gustaf Springer
Though only having been with Zuppas for a short while, Gustaf has proven himself to be a gladiator in the kitchen. Constantly pushing barriers & utilizing unique flavor profiles, he brings a fresh and irresistible take to your favorite dishes. You never know what you're gonna get with Gus, & that's half the fun!

Julia Nelson
Julia always believed in having dessert first. Starting at Zuppas in high school, she discovered both a passion for baking & complex flavor profiles. A master of both playfulness & precision, Julia constantly exceeds expectations. Her commitment to quality and craft ensures both beauty & taste in everything she whips up.

Penny Myers
Penny has been with Zuppas since its conception. Her drive, attention, and passion for excellence ensures anything you throw at her will go off without a hitch. From the moment you meet her, Penny will make sure your needs are met, your nerves are calmed, and that your day is nothing but perfect.

Hudson Koepsel
Seven years in the game, Hudson is the driving force behind Zuppas' front of house. His dedication to perfection and passion for providing excellent customer service (& making a great drink) is what sets him apart. Always smiling & always on a mission, Hudson will make sure your Zuppas experience is something to write home about.
